The White Collar Factory situated at Old Street Yard represents a courageous and innovative culmination of a comprehensive five-year research initiative by Derwent London. Positioned at the heart of London’s Tech City, this 16-storey tower stands as a focal point.

The architectural design includes a network of fresh alleys and passages that link a newly established public space to the tower, two preserved buildings, and three newly constructed structures, each ranging from four to five storeys. Collectively, these elements provide a blend of residential and incubator workspaces, contributing to the creation of a distinctive urban environment.
