KENSINGTON PALACE ORANGERY

This week our guys on site have been adding the finishing touches to these incredible hand set niches. As a nod to the expert bricklayers of years ago, Swift Brickwork opted to hand set the niches on this Sir Robert McAlpine & Purcell Architects project at the Kensington Palace Orangery.

The works consisted of hand rubbing the facade of the niches, exposing the original brick face, finished with a flush joint which has been cut to expose the arris. Well done to all involved on a project which has been a pleasure to have been involved in.
